Tracey S. Hughes is a senior cybersecurity and identity leader with more than 26 years of experience designing, implementing, and leading enterprise-scale Identity & Access Management (IAM), governance, and risk programs across highly regulated industries. She currently serves as Vice President of Information Security, IAM, and IT & Security GRC at Pathward, where she drives enterprise IAM strategy, automation, and compliance aligned to NIST CSF, SOX, GLBA, FFIEC, and PCI.

Tracey has held leadership roles at IBM, Deloitte, and Kudelski Security, delivering global IAM transformations, building consulting practices, and advising Fortune 500 organizations on identity governance, privileged access management, and cloud IAM. Known for translating complex technical challenges into business-aligned outcomes, she brings a practitioner’s perspective grounded in real-world delivery, executive communication, and mentorship. Tracey holds an MBA and multiple security certifications, including CISSP, CCISO, CISM, PCI ISA, and PMP.
