Aaron Parecki is the Director of Identity Standards at Okta. An active contributor to the Internet identity community, he is an editor of the OAuth 2.1 specification and maintains oauth.net. Aaron regularly writes and speaks about OAuth, security, and the intersection of identity and AI. He has been instrumental in adapting authorization standards for the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and participates in the OAuth Working Group at the IETF.
