Tanu Kaushik is a cybersecurity and technology leader with 17+ years of experience shaping enterprise security, identity, and infrastructure strategy at scale. At eBay, she leads cross-functional initiatives across identity and access management, Zero Trust architecture, PKI, secure cloud platforms, and the passwordless journey. She brings deep experience mentoring teams, guiding legacy-to-modern security transformations, and advising large private- and public-sector organizations through 8 years of consulting work. Tanu has also contributed to cybersecurity research through UC Berkeley’s Center for Long-Term Cybersecurity and holds a Master’s in Information and Cybersecurity from University of California, Berkeley.
