Oonagh has spent the last 20 years working across various financial institutions including at The Royal Bank of Scotland and Tesco Bank where she has held numerous positions, most recently as a Senior Analyst with extensive experience of both IT and business.   Her particular interest in Customer Security and Identity, and she is passionate about collaborating with diverse stakeholders to explore customer needs and design and deliver fit for purpose solutions with a delighted customer at the heart.
