Sabrina Guenther Frigo is the Chief Ethics, Compliance & Privacy Officer for TruStage.  Sabrina is a seasoned privacy and cybersecurity legal and compliance leader and strategist.  She has more than 14 years of in-house and law firm experience across disciplines, including regulatory compliance, strategic transactions, litigation, and internal crisis management and investigations.  She effectively and thoughtfully designs and bridges strategic and tactical approaches to complex legal and compliance risks, and she translates operational technical data into valuable and actionable insights for board and executives.       Sabrina Guenther Frigo advises TruStage on regulatory obligations and risk management for data and emerging technologies. She provides practical legal advice and risk-based options regarding privacy, security, and artificial intelligence practices and policies, as well as data governance requirements and contractual terms and vendor management.  Sabrina provides critical advice and counsel to prepare for, investigate, and respond to data and cyber incidents.  She joined TruStage in 2017.      Prior to joining TruStage, Sabrina was a member of Jenner & Block LLP’s Privacy & Information Governance Practice where she advised global and domestic clients regarding data privacy and data security issues, specifically focusing on cross-border and global compliance efforts. Sabrina graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with bachelor’s degrees in Journalism and International Studies, and she earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Virginia Law School.
