Robert is VP of Customer Success at Strivacity, where he leads the customer success organization and helps clients realize long-term value from Strivacity’s modern customer identity platform. With more than 27 years of information security leadership experience across CSC, Booz Allen, and Optiv, he brings deep expertise in identity strategy, executive advisory, and customer partnership.
Throughout his career, Robert has guided organizations ranging from Fortune 500 enterprises to private businesses through identity transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM). He is also a founding member of the Identity Defined Security Alliance, an author of numerous white papers, and a frequent speaker on the role of identity in solving critical security and business challenges.
