As passkeys have strengthened authentication, the most challenging identity problems have shifted well beyond sign-in. In this session, PlayStation’s Product and Security teams explore what drives consumer account takeover while highlighting the tactics attackers use across our diverse player and platform ecosystem. We will show how real-world threat insights shape our strategic approach to modern identity challenges in the consumer space.
